9.) Regular periods for deleting data

The legislative body has enacted various record retentions and terms. After the expiring of the terms the correspondent data will get deleted routinely - if they are not necessary anymore for the fulfillment of the contract (such as employment contracts, present business relations). If the data is not affected, it will get deleted - as soon as the mentioned purposes (under 5.) cease to apply.

10.) Planned data transfer to third party states (outside of the EU)

Transmission to third countries will only take place if necessary for order processing, e.g. when the receipt of deliveries of goods takes place in the third country.
